Our God-Given Talents
God-given talents are ways that God helps give you the skills to do good in this world for his glory and plan. We can tell when a skill or ability is a God-given talent when it is unique to us, brings us closer to our sense of purpose and our deep passions, and can be used to do good in this world.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith;
7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach;
8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
Romans Ch.12 Verses 6-8
Our pupils and staff show their God-given talents in many ways: through sport; in the creative arts; through their teaching and learning and in the way they show respect to themselves, each other and the world around them. Each one is special in their own way and their achievements and talents make them the amazing individuals that they are and contributes so much to our school family.
