Sarah Outen shows us how to be Courageous and to Persevere!
British athlete and adventurer Sarah Outen visited us today to help us to understand the importance of having courage to try new things, to have new adventures and to persevere and strive to be the best we can be.
Sarah is a motivational speaker in the UK and internationally. She was the first woman and the youngest person to row solo across the Indian Ocean and also the Pacific Ocean from Japan to Alaska.
The children were enthralled by the stories of her adventures and were full of well thought out questions for the world-travelled visitor.
We look forward to having courage and persevering in everything we do in and out of school.
