The children had a fantastic day today with Darren from 'Roots to Food' and really enjoyed sampling their creations.
Children from year 2 to Year 6 created Japanese Teriyaki Chicken with Bombay Potatoes and it was a real hit across the school.
Split into groups, the children chop, steam, marinade, fry and mix to create a new dish which they can then recreate at home with their families.
The school smelled fantastic.
