Pupils Partake in Piratical Performance

Today, our youngest children donned their pirate costumes, climbed the rigging, scrubbed the decks and embarked on an adventure fit for a pirate captain.

Sailing the high seas from island to island in search of hidden treasure, they travelled through Polynesia, Antarctica, and to a volcanic island encountering penguins, monkeys and parrots before finally reaching ‘Treasure Island’.

The activities, led by 'Partake Theatre' incorporated a mixture of music, costumes, props, drama, mime and dance to give children an idea of travel, habitats and climates through imaginative and stimulating role-play.

A fabulous afternoon enjoyed by children and staff alike.
