Africa Day Huge Hit with Pupils

Children took part in Africa Day today. They danced and sang their way through the day, walked a mile around the field and completed a number of activities centered around the African continent and our links with Nyansakia.

6C learnt a song called 'Jambo Bwana' which in Swahili means 'Hello Sir. They played African instruments and rhythms. Take a look at their recording 6C Jambo Bwana

2B walked 'A Mile in their Shoes' to remind us that some people have to walk a long way for food and water or even to get to school.
