Our end of year Science Ambassador visit to Woolsthorpe Manor as part of the 'Summer of Discovery' activities was a fantastic experience for everyone! We were delighted to be invited by the National Trust to review the amazing science activities inspired by Sir Isaac Newton in preparation for the launch of their summer holiday activities.
During our visit, we delved into different investigations focusing on light, force and motion, and gravity. The hands-on approach allowed the children to make predictions, conduct observations, perform tests, and draw conclusions. These activities were filled with awe and wonder, sparking curiosity and excitement.
A special mention goes to the National Trust volunteer, who was simply amazing, ensuring that the experience was both educational and enjoyable. We are deeply grateful to the National Trust for providing this wonderful opportunity for the children, making science both fun and engaging.
