Super Storm Art!
Our Year 1 children created some super storm artwork this week! They looked closely at the work of Claude Monet and explored how he used colour to show movement and atmosphere. The children focused on tints and shades of blue, carefully mixing their own to capture the mood of stormy skies. They experimented with a range of materials — including pastels, pencils, paint, and ink — to produce their own beautiful, expressive masterpieces.
